KYN28A-12 Metal-Clad Withdrawable Switchgear

KYN28A-12 is indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear for three-phase AC power distribution. It receives and distributes electrical power while providing circuit control, protection and monitoring. The withdrawable design supports access to the switching unit for inspection and maintenance. Select the busbar rating and short-circuit withstand level to suit the project specification.

Send the model, required ratings, quantity, installation conditions and destination. Include a single-line diagram or specification when available.

KYN28A-12 Switchgear is an indoor metal-clad withdrawable assembly for three-phase AC power distribution. Compare the selected voltage variant, busbar and feeder ratings, fault duty and service conditions before defining the lineup.

Ratings are series options, not a single combined configuration. Confirm the voltage variant, current rating, fault level and service conditions when requesting a quotation.

Selection questions for KYN28A-12

Does a 10 kV network require a different model name?

Network nominal voltage and equipment rated voltage are different quantities. Compare the specified network conditions with the selected 12 kV equipment variant and insulation levels. The 10 kV versus 12 kV guide explains what to check; it does not establish suitability from the model suffix alone.

Which values define the offered lineup?

Identify the busbar and feeder currents, fault duty and duration, breaker/protection arrangement, cable interfaces and service conditions on one technical schedule. Do not combine the highest options in the series table into an assumed configuration.

Review substation applications and define the drawings, inspections and records with the factory acceptance checklist. Prepare the enquiry inputs before requesting a configuration.
