KY-SRM16 Switchgear is a modular gas-insulated ring main family for compact medium-voltage distribution. Confirm the exact voltage version, circuit functions and configuration-specific electrical data before selection; missing ratings are not inferred from another model.

Ratings and options apply to the selected configuration. The agreed drawings and equipment schedule define the supplied assembly.
Modular distribution schemes
The series can combine switching units to suit incoming feeders, outgoing feeders and ring connections. A three-position load-switch arrangement and mechanical interlocking help define the operating sequence for switching and earthing. Extension interfaces allow the scheme to be developed around the required number of circuits rather than a single fixed cabinet count.
Gas tank and operating access
The switching assembly is housed in a welded stainless-steel tank, while the operating mechanism is arranged for access from the front. Gas-pressure indication and the pressure-relief arrangement form part of the configuration review. Cable terminations, instrument transformers, protection and remote operating interfaces should be identified on the approved drawing.
