HXGN-10 Indoor Ring Main Switchgear

HXGN-10 equipment is indoor fixed metal-enclosed ring main switchgear for 10 kV, 50 Hz distribution networks. The documented equipment rating is 12 kV. Load-switch and switch-fuse configurations support different distribution schemes. The load switch can use a manual or motor-driven spring mechanism; earthing and isolating functions use manual operation.

Send the model, required ratings, quantity, installation conditions and destination. Include a single-line diagram or specification when available.

HXGN-10 Ring Main Switchgear is an indoor ring main arrangement for medium-voltage distribution. Read the load-switch and switch-fuse columns separately; the model designation and equipment rated voltage describe different identifiers.

Select cabinet ratings and fuse coordination for the intended circuit. A dash indicates that the source does not specify a value for that configuration.

Selection questions for HXGN-10

How do the load-switch and switch-fuse columns differ?

They describe different circuit arrangements. Select the switching/protection function, transformer or feeder duty and coordination requirements first. A fuse limit is not a busbar current rating, and a dash is not a value to copy from the adjacent column.

Why does the HXGN-10 table show 12 kV?

The model designation and equipment rated voltage are different identifiers. Read the system voltage and equipment rating guide alongside the project specification. Frequency, insulation, fault duty and service conditions also need to match.

Compare other medium-voltage equipment by circuit function. Include the ring arrangement, required protection, cable interfaces and acceptance documents with the enquiry inputs.
