Blokset Low-Voltage Switchgear

Blokset low-voltage switchgear supports power distribution, motor control and power-factor compensation through a modular cabinet arrangement. Fixed and withdrawable functional units are selected around the electrical scheme, operating access and maintenance requirements. The documented series includes 400/690 V configurations and several enclosure and internal-separation options. Busbar ratings and protective devices are matched to the selected arrangement.

Send the model, required ratings, quantity, installation conditions and destination. Include a single-line diagram or specification when available.

Blokset Switchgear is a modular low-voltage family for distribution and motor-control applications. Define the incoming and outgoing duties, assembly arrangement and model-specific documents for the offered configuration.

Blokset Switchgear Specifications

Standard Service Conditions

Parameter Specification / configuration
Ambient temperature −5 to +40 °C; 24-hour mean up to +35 °C
Relative humidity Up to 50% at +40 °C or 90% at +20 °C
Standard altitude Up to 1000 m; higher sites require a configuration review
Installation Indoor; no severe vibration or corrosive atmosphere
Maximum inclination 5° from vertical

Ratings and options apply to the selected configuration. The agreed drawings and equipment schedule define the supplied assembly.

Distribution and motor-control functions

Distribution sections, motor-control sections and compensation sections perform different tasks and should be specified independently. Withdrawable units can support access to an individual functional unit, while fixed arrangements may suit circuits with different maintenance priorities. The configuration review identifies feeder sizes, isolation requirements and the chosen form of internal separation.

Define the assembled system

The published options describe a product family rather than a single cabinet carrying every maximum rating simultaneously. A quotation should identify the busbar arrangement, circuit-breaker and starter selection, cable space, enclosure protection and the supporting documents applicable to the assembled equipment.
