Package Substations

Explore equipment configurations, compare model data and share your electrical requirements for selection.

Selection and project requirements

Coordinate the complete package substation

A package or box-type substation brings medium-voltage switching, a transformer and low-voltage distribution into a coordinated arrangement. Terminology such as compact or kiosk substation can vary between project specifications; define the actual equipment boundary before comparing offers.

The HBW-10 package substation page separates transformer series data, load-switch configuration data and service conditions. Select capacity, voltage combination, protection, metering and outgoing circuits together. Values from different component options are not a single combined configuration.

Plan the electrical and site interfaces

Provide the single-line diagram, load profile, incoming supply data, available footprint, cable routes, access and outdoor exposure. Confirm ventilation, earthing, inspection requirements and destination-specific documents in the technical review.

The system voltage and equipment voltage guide explains why a transformer/network voltage and a load-switch rating can differ. The FAT checklist helps define the agreed factory acceptance boundary.

Prepare a project-specific request

Review building distribution applications and the residential-area case for application context. Send the electrical scheme, capacity, location and required documents through the project enquiry page using the enquiry checklist.
