Project enquiries

When you choose to contact us, you provide contact details and project information so that we can review your requirements, prepare a response and discuss the equipment you need. Enquiry correspondence is handled through our website and email systems. Information needed for a quotation or an ongoing business discussion may also be used to follow up that discussion.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, product views and clicks on email, WhatsApp and quotation links. Analytics can include browser and device information, general location, traffic-source information and the pages or products viewed. Our custom events do not include the contact details or message you enter into an enquiry form.

Your analytics choice

The Google Analytics tag stays off until you select “Allow analytics”. You can select “Decline analytics” and continue browsing and contacting us. Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to change your choice. Your browser stores this choice locally. Allowing analytics can also create Google Analytics cookies; declining after allowing disables our analytics tag and removes the standard Analytics cookies used by this implementation where the browser permits.

Enquiry status and measurement

A click on an email, WhatsApp or quotation link is recorded as a click when analytics is allowed. It does not prove that a message was sent, received or resulted in an order. Contact-form activity is not treated as a successful enquiry solely because a button was clicked.

Website hosting, email and analytics services support the operation of this website. Google processes Analytics information through its own service. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy. Opening WhatsApp or your email application takes you to the service you choose; its own settings and privacy information apply.
