GDZW High-Frequency DC Power Supply Cabinet

GDZW, also commonly written GZDW, is a high-frequency DC power supply cabinet for protection, control, signaling and emergency DC circuits. Charging modules, batteries and a monitoring system form a coordinated auxiliary power supply. DC voltage, load current, battery capacity and redundancy are selected for the project. Backup duration is sized from the connected loads and battery arrangement rather than assigned one universal value.

Send the model, required ratings, quantity, installation conditions and destination. Include a single-line diagram or specification when available.

GDZW DC Power Supply Cabinet is a high-frequency DC supply family for protection, control, signaling and emergency DC circuits. GDZW is also commonly written GZDW. Define the DC system, load duties and agreed cabinet configuration using the corresponding model documents.

GDZW DC Power Supply Cabinet Specifications

Special ambient-temperature option −10 to +50 °C; configuration review required
Altitude Up to 2000 m; higher sites require a specific design
Daily/monthly mean relative humidity Up to 95% / 90%
Installation Indoor; no explosive hazard, corrosive gases or severe vibration

Ratings and options apply to the selected configuration. The agreed drawings and equipment schedule define the supplied assembly.

Charging, battery and monitoring functions

The charger supplies the DC system and manages battery charging during normal operation. The battery arrangement supports the agreed DC circuits when the AC supply is unavailable. Module redundancy, battery monitoring, temperature compensation, alarms and remote interfaces are selected according to the operating requirements.

Set the performance requirements

Voltage regulation, current regulation, ripple, efficiency and noise depend on the selected modules and operating conditions. State the required limits in the enquiry so that a suitable configuration can be proposed. The station primary voltage describes the application site; it is separate from the DC output voltage of this auxiliary supply.
