The Renhuai Sauce-aroma Winery sits in the Moutai Town Famous Liquor Industrial Park, in China’s “liquor capital” of Renhuai. Established in 2021, it combines production, cultural-tourism experience and a hospitality wing, and is built to the national 5A-grade scenic standard. The China Alcoholic Drinks Association certifies it as the country’s only standardized sauce-aroma winery.
Operations span tasting, research, conferencing, raw-material intake and bottling. The 300,000-tonne smart liquor vault uses Internet + IoT technology to digitalize, standardize and intelligentize base-liquor intake and storage, supported by drone patrol and distributed sensing probes. Power, lighting, security and fire systems are tied through a complete weak-current and intelligent-building suite — a unified smart-campus platform.
